RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Customer Service is very important to us. If you change your mind or aren’t delighted with your purchase, you can return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Product(s) must be in new, unused condition and sent back in its’ original packaging.

If the product was damaged or of unsatisfactory quality upon receipt, contact Customer Service at 1-877-424-9746
to arrange a resolution.

If contacting via e-mail, please include your order #/proof of purchase and reason for return.

We will issue an RMA# W/return instructions per below:

  • Returns are FREE – you will be issued a PPD Return label
  • Please keep your return tracking # and RMA handy should you need to follow up with us after sending.
  • RMA must be clearly marked on the label. We are not responsible for returns sent without an issued RMA.
    *We cannot process your return without.
  • We are not responsible for returns that are sent on your own without contacting us for RMA and cannot reimburse
    for return shipping paid by you.
  • Return(s) must be sent back in original packaging and returned in the same condition as sold including packaging,
    parts, accessories and documentation. We reserve the right to refuse Incomplete or used returns and/or charge a
    restock fee
  • All returns must be sent back within two-weeks of receiving RMA and instructions.
  • Return Requests will not be accepted after 30 days.

 

Warranty:

 

All purchases are covered by our two-year, manufacturer warranty. Warranty starts on the date of purchase and is subject to our discretion/updates.
